Hotels require a deposit of 50% to confirm a booking. Allow a minimum of an extra 7 days for transfer of funds unless booking are made with a credit card. There is a 15% discount on most hotel rates during the low season of 1 April to 15 June. Tariffs are in US$ Full Board per person sharing. Single Room Supplement $35 per night. Children under 12, 50%. Credit cards are accepted at most lodges. Swala Safaris will be happy to book lodges for you at a discounted rate.

TARIFFS: all rates are given as double rooms per day with all meals. It does not include game drives. Vehicle hire and driver/guide will be arranged by Swala Safaris and is $190 per day for a vehicle with game viewing hatches.

Mkomazi National Park: Babu's Camp $580. A little known park. Great for getting away from the main must-see tourist parks.
Saadani National Park: Best visited if going to the Tanzania Coast or Zanzaibar. See Ushongo Beach Cottages.

A. TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK. Tariffs are per double room with all meals. Tarangire is excellent in the dry season between mid-July and late October. If time or funds is limited, you can't go wrong in the dry season if it is only Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro Crater that you visit.
